- Willing to work in a factory where ambient conditions may be very cold, wet or warm
- Background in food processing, packaging, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and Inventory Control
- Proficient in Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) within food processing
- 1 year experience in Continuous Improvement, preferably Lean manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) setting
- Ensure a safe environment with effective housekeeping and safety practices
- Communicate adeptly, adjusting style for different audiences, facilitating group coaching, and addressing noncompliance with soft skills
- Foster positivity, empowerment, and mentorship for personal development
- Exhibit confidence, adaptability, strong mechanical aptitude, and adept problem-solving through root cause analysis
