    About Our Client

    My client is a growing financial services firm based in NYC. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who goes into the office 2 days per week.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in annual filing of 1099/1042-s
  • Participate in the implementation of tax compliance process improvement
  • Manage and review weekly/monthly reports
  • Contribute to the annual tax form expiry review
  • Liaise with business partners

    The Successful Applicant

  • 3-10 years of tax withholding and reporting experience
  • Ability to understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations
  • Understanding of IRS Chapters 3, 4 and 61 and IRS tax withholding and income reporting requirements
