    About Our Client

    My client is a well-known financial services firm based in NYC. They are a smaller, more collaborative team who is fully remote, if the candidate is in the NYC area.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing documentation and transactions
  • Analyzing new tax laws
  • Assisting with tax compliance and audits
  • Tax planning
  • Tax structuring
  • Conduct domestic and international tax research

    The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within the space (tax planning, M&A, etc.)
  • J.D. or LLM preferred
  • Law firm or public accounting experience preferred
  • Strong and effective communicator What's on Offer
