    Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Serve as advisor and provide oversight for personnel matters, from hiring through terminations.

    Prepare personnel budgets and related studies in conjunction with administrators and monitor payroll budgetary compliance

    Serve as Plan Administrator for the 403b Program

    Provide risk management initiatives relating to personnel issues

    Supervise Payroll and related expenditures and administration of benefits programs

    Complete contract review/renewal for all benefit programs.

    Supervise FMLA and COBRA administration, directly dealing with sensitive situations.

    Coordinate responses to unemployment, union grievances, and other claims

    Coordinate orientation and in-service programs (excluding specific job function areas)

    Serve as Board contact for Bylaws review

    Facilitate morale initiatives including review of benefits to maximize employee morale and remain competitive in the marketplace

    Complete compensation, staffing level, and job function analyses

    Mediate concerns between employees as needed

    Lead Union negotiations

    Develop, implement, and manage annual employee performance evaluations


    Serve as the point of contact for Union meetings, Facility Training and coordinate all Union meetings, including Training and Upgrade Fund and oversee the Grievance resolution process.

    Serve as point of contact for personnel related issues in the Annual financial audits

    Serve as Program Manager for the CECA program and coordinate monthly CECA presentations.

    Maintain employee records for Executive Staff and Business Office personnel.

    Maintain liaison with our insurers when any employee threatens action against the foundation.

    Assure compliance with human resource related regulations.

    Serve as administrator of the HR portion of the Army Distaff Foundation and Knollwood website.

    Coordinate the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
