    Human Resources Director – Luxury Hotel, Japan
    Such an awesome opportunity for a Fluent Japanese speaker to head up the HR team – must be able to read and write Japanese


    We are looking for an experienced and strong leader who can lead our Human Resources Team as well as to look after the company's employees.

    As DOHR, you will be tasked to implement and maintain all Human Resources policies and procedures to be in line with the company philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.

    You will ensure effectiveness of day to day running of the Human Resources Department by monitoring administration and people development systems, whilst maintaining a high degree of staff satisfaction.

    Minimum Qualifications & Attributes Required for this role:

    At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management in a luxury hotel property

    Experience in the region is beneficial

    Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.

    Talent sourcing, recruitment and selection.

    Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.

    Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese and English.


    Salary package:
