- Supports talent review and succession planning process including coordinating enterprise-wide strategy, schedule, and system enhancement process. Updates candidate profiles, monitors and customizes candidate development plans and develops succession plans.
- Designs and delivers engaging and impactful training programs on a variety of topics, including leadership development, communication, teamwork, change management, and more.
- Coordination of executive/employee training programs delivered by external facilitators as well as re-design or modify existing programs to meet changing conditions or audiences.
- Conducts organizational assessments (360 degree assessments, feedback) to identify areas for improvement in organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Facilitates special programs and projects as requested to positively affect organizational culture and enhances organizational development offerings.
- Responsible for maintaining the internal Organizational Development website by updating content and adding resources.
- Works with outside vendors to improve systems, develops training curriculum, and negotiates contracts.
- Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience, required.
- Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, preferred.
- 3 years of related experience, required.
- Experience and/or certifications for personal work styles and skills assessment tools, required.
- Collaboratively contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by fostering open communication, building rapport with colleagues and resolving conflicts constructively.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to collaborate, and propose strategies and solutions to achieve goals and objectives.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Individual coaching skills.
- Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
- We offer a hybrid work environment. Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow you to work from the office three days per week and work remotely on the remaining workdays.
