Description

Independent Financial Group (IFG) is seeking a Receptionist to join the Facilities team.

The Receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, vendors, telephone calls, and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support office services and the presentation of a professional office.

If you have great communication skills, are extremely professional with a strong focus on customer service, then you may be right for this position.

What You'll Do

Manage 150+ inbound calls per day
Greet clients and assist with office visits
Take accurate messages and relay them accordingly
Maintain office meeting conference room calendars
Receives and processes shipments and mail
Provides general administrative support to the office as needed

What You'll Bring

Experience in answering multiline phone system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be wellorganized, accurate, and detailoriented
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to grow and adapt with changes within the position, as well as the organization
Ability to interact with all levels of staff
Previous Office Assistant/Receptionist experience in the financial industry, a plus
