Responsibilities:

Lead a multinational team on various software products.
Mentor team members, plan and review their work.
Enforce coding and software development standards according to Agile methodology.
Participate in architecture design and planning.
Work closely with Product, DevOps and Infrastructure teams.

Education:

Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer/SW Engineering, or related areas of study.

Required:

5+ years Java development experience.
2+ years Team Lead experience.
Good knowledge of core concepts (reflection, threads, object lifecycle, connection/thread pools etc.).
SQL (MySQL, with proven ability to write native SQL queries).
Handson experience developing cloudbased distributed systems.
Handson experience with k8s.
Handson experience with AWS stack.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Experience with Spring Boot framework.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving orientation.
High level of English.

Preferred:

Experience in leading selfcontained (crossfunction) teams.
Experience with CI / CD methodology.
