Responsibilities:


  • Lead a multinational team on various software products.
  • Mentor team members, plan and review their work.
  • Enforce coding and software development standards according to Agile methodology.
  • Participate in architecture design and planning.
  • Work closely with Product, DevOps and Infrastructure teams.

Education:


  • Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer/SW Engineering, or related areas of study.

Required:


  • 5+ years Java development experience.
  • 2+ years Team Lead experience.
  • Good knowledge of core concepts (reflection, threads, object lifecycle, connection/thread pools etc.).
  • SQL (MySQL, with proven ability to write native SQL queries).
  • Handson experience developing cloudbased distributed systems.
  • Handson experience with k8s.
  • Handson experience with AWS stack.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Experience with Spring Boot framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving orientation.
  • High level of English.

Preferred:


  • Experience in leading selfcontained (crossfunction) teams.
  • Experience with CI / CD methodology.
