Key Responsibilities: - Lead talent development for the Account Specialist team - Collaborate with regional and national leaders - Support Account Executives with various initiatives What Sets This Opportunity Apart: This role involves guiding the Account Specialist staff towards aligning with the Aon Leadership Model and its core pillars. You will work closely with different teams to establish clear roles and responsibilities, optimize the efficiency of the Account Portfolio, and enhance client relationships.
