    Description
    GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager.

    Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Position purpose


    Lead a rapidly growing revenue cycle team to meet or exceed standard industry productivity and efficiency metrics, to include insurance verification, pre-pay collection, insurance billing and collection.


    Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

    • Supervises daily/monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that all payments are posted and that revenues are recorded accurately and timely.
    • Review daily, weekly and monthly key metrics to identify trends and areas of focus.
    • Maximize revenue through complete and accurate billing, and strong collection processes.
    • Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and monthly financial reports.
    • Identify revenue cycle problems and implement solutions for improvement.
    • Provide daily guidance and direction to team
    • Serve as first response for employee issues/disputes
    • Approve time off requests, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times
    • Review and approve semi-monthly payroll
    • Provide employee feedback, coaching, and counseling
    • Conduct annual employee performance reviews and deliver reviews to employees
    • Maintains focus on continuous improvement and makes process improvement recommendations.
    • Attend management meetings, when requested
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience:
    Minimum five (5) years of revenue cycle management. Prior supervisory experience is required.

    • Proficiency and experience with EMRs, EHRs and claims clearinghouses.
    • Proficient in the knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to travel if needed.
