    Description
    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Contingent Resource - Project Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Project Management, improving processes proactively, and executing moderately complex project and administrative tasks. You will work closely with supervisors, receive direction, and escalate non-routine questions as necessary. Additionally, you will interact with client personnel to gather and exchange information.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Support or Administrative Coordination, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
