    Description
    JAN-PRO of Utah is looking for an additional "Rock Star" salesperson. this is a pure B2B position.

    The person for this position must exhibit a proven track record of being a Top Salesperson as a Hunter in their previous organizations.

    They must have great connections, (preferably in the CRE industry) and can close business at a high rate. .

    The person in this position should be willing to cold call, conducting appointments with some leads provided and networking to increase qualified leads.

    All sales data will need to be input into our CRM. Must be able to effectively follow-up with past proposals to close at greater than 30%. The person must be a great team player. The top sales executives for JAN-PRO make well into 6 figures. JAN-PRO offers a great compensation program along with a competitive benefits plan. You can apply at the link below

    Responsibilities
    Close greater than $7,500 in new cleaning contracts
    Develop a monthly proposal volume of greater than $25,000
    Develop relationships and be able to Network in various organizations (BOMA, IFMA, the Chambers etc)
    Effectively Cold Call on prospective clients
    Attend all company meetings

    Qualifications
    5+ years of proven Sales experience
    Large contact list on LI and other databases
    Have strong Core Values - Honesty & Integrity.
    Communicates

    Responsive - We respond to requests quickly, even if we don't have all the answers. One business day response or sooner.
