    Description


    A Sales Executive at JourneyTEAM is responsible for all aspects of net new customer acquisition in the Small Medium Corporate and Enterprise space.

    You will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics in the following key areas:
    prospecting, relationship development, running sales cycles, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing.

    Sales Executives at JourneyTEAM strive to understand the specific challenges that clients are faced with and map JourneyTEAM's solutions accordingly to achieve the desired positive business outcomes.

    They need to cultivate trusted relationships with customers and key partners while maintaining a knowledge of evolving technology solutions and differentiators.

    Expect to own deals from cradle-to-grave in collaboration with sales engineers and partners. Strongly demonstrate leadership qualities, ethical behavior, excellent work ethic and a focus on collaboration with internal counterparts and customers.
    Required Skills
    Track record of consistently generating $10-12 million in annual net new sales for two or more consecutive years.
    Extensive expertise selling enterprise solutions to the Small and Medium Corporate & Enterprise.
    Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and quantify the cost of inaction.
    Proven capability to function as a strategic advisor to the C-Suite.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Achieve monthly quota.
    Must be a self-starter and one who holds themselves to a high standard of accountability.
    Maintain high level technical competency of the latest cloud offerings from Microsoft.
    Ability to uncover net new opportunities on their own effort, be it networking or other means.
    Work closely with peers in a collaborative manner
    Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads.
    Tie customer needs to relevant technology solutions
    Conduct high level technical conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts.
    Build trusted relationships with business leaders.
    Evangelize JourneyTEAM services and solutions.

    Nice to Have Skills :
    Experience selling in the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem will be a significant advantage.
    Experience selling Microsoft Business Applications or Modern Work products.
    Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment.
    Excellent time management/organizational skills
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus

    Compensation :
    $120,000 - $150,000 Base, $400,000 OTE

    JourneyTEAM offers a wide range of excellent benefits including healthcare and dental options, as well as a 401k with an approximate 4% employer match with funds that vest immediately.

    We enjoy flexible time off and our employees average 3.5 to 4 weeks off a year.

    We also provide a monthly phone stipend of $25 as well as a gym membership monthly reimbursement of up to $200.

    Professional office and remote working environments are available, although onsite is HIGHLY preferred Will discuss a remote working option for a rock star candidate.
