    My client are a well-established drywall contractor with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and on-time project completion. We take pride in collaborating with clients on both residential and commercial projects, transforming blueprints into beautiful and functional spaces. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Estimator to join our dynamic team.

    About the Role

    As the Estimator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the company's profitability through accurate and timely estimates. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, considering all material, labor, and overhead costs.
    • Utilizing advanced estimating software to analyze project plans, specifications, and market data.
    • Collaborating with sales representatives to understand client needs and project requirements.
    • Reviewing and proposing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
    • Staying current with industry trends and product pricing fluctuations.
    • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project clarity and expectations are met.

    About the Candidate

    We're searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator with a strong background in the Drywall industry. You possess a keen understanding of construction processes and possess a talent for translating project specifications into accurate and competitive cost estimates. You're proficient in utilizing advanced estimating software and have a proven track record of delivering estimates on time and within budget.

    Beyond technical expertise, you're an excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales representatives, project managers, and clients. You have a passion for the construction industry and a genuine desire to contribute to the company's continued success.
