conceptcsi is a client-oriented General Contractor and Construction Management firm based in New York City, with over 29 years of national and international experience. We specialize in corporate interiors, critical infrastructure, and data centers, servicing select clients through a renowned boutique service. We are seeking a well-rounded, experienced, qualified Head of Estimating to join our growing team.


Responsibilities -

• Spearhead and supervise the estimating department, driving accurate and timely estimates for all projects.
• Develop and implement cuttingedge estimating processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and precision.
• Prepare detail cost analysis of scope changes and assist/support Project Management staff members in field as needed.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Construction to establish visionary departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop subcontractor bid lists and prepare bid packages.
• Manage relationships with key clients and design team contacts during the preconstruction phase.
• Oversees project teams and ensures successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction area, ideally in commercial sector
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project & Procore. Timberline a plus
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
• Business Development experience
• Highly organized, with strong timemanagement skills
