Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates:


  • Daily contact with goverment bids:
-
Obtain necessary information to generate and send proposal quotes in a timey matter consist of samples - art work
  • Drawings
  • Specifications etc:
  • Prepare purchase order using information provided by vendor.
  • Review pricing with purchasing department to ensure that all prices are competitive.
  • Reviewing and approving purchase orders for materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager or supervisor.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator/purchasing agent preferred.

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Negotiation: 1 year (preferred)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
