Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging _Presenter Estimator_ to join our team.

As a Presenter Estimator, you will be reviewing and revising job estimates with our Designer Project Managers, and delivering presentations to prospective clients by showcasing our turn-key, design build services.

Your excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of renovation processes will be key to effectively conveying our company's value proposition.

Experience with Buildertrend is preferred but not required.


Responsibilities

The Presenter Estimator will:

• Review estimates for home renovations (utilizing Buildertrend software), edit templated work descriptions, and calculate prices with our Designer Project Managers who previously completed the inhome consultation, took notes, measurements and photos, then created preliminary drawings.
• Present to potential clients in our office, catering to their needs and showcasing our turnkey, design build services.
• Engage with potential clients during presentations, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Schedule followup meetings and make revisions to estimates in the interim.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance presentation content.
• Collaborate with Designer Project Managers to gather project data and statistics to include in presentations.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures and case studies.

Experience

• Proven experience as an estimator for house and apartment renovations.
• A strong knowledge of renovation management processes, including project management, cost control, and estimating.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
• Proficiency in using presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Familiarity with construction management software like Buildertrend (preferred).
• The ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate contract terms with clients.
