As a Senior Manager, you will lead the global talent acquisition function, allowing MetaMap to scale its global operations and seize a market opportunity worth over $100B.
In this role, you will be responsible for both strategic direction and tactical execution, as we continue building our talent brand, culture, and internal products and programs that focus on the entire people journey at MetaMap.

Key responsibilities
Build and lead an exceptional Talent team that meets the ongoing, unique needs of MetaMap
Act as a strategic
thought
partner to the Executive team
Act as a strategic
execution
partner to our business units and hiring managers
Develop and implement aggressive, creative, and data-centric recruiting and sourcing strategies
Hire, support, develop and coach Talent team members
Collaborate on, and evangelize, talent and employer brand initiatives to create an efficient and effective interviewing & hiring experience at MetaMap
Proactively solve complex and cross-functional issues for the Talent team, managers, and candidates
Set and track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
Skills & Experience
8+ years of in-house recruiting experience
International experience in one or more of these regions (aside from US): LatAm, India, Africa
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong management skills including leadership, accountability, and delegation
Results-oriented; thoughtfully approaches challenges and is innovative to meet goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take the initiative to build strong productive relationships
Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
Nice-to-have: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
