    Our Client is in search of a Accounting Manager in Doral, FL.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring precise recording of all entries.
    • Coordinate quarterly data submissions for auditors and the Parent company.
    • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Supervise the Fixed Asset procedures, maintaining the fixed asset register and managing depreciation records.
    • Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing, including invoice coding, validation, and payment approval.
    • Handle employee expense reports, ensuring accurate coding and month-end processing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 5+ years of accounting experience
    • Prior involvement in financial closing and reporting, including general ledger duties
    • Proficient understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards
    • Strong sense of accountability and urgency
    • Quick learning ability and adaptability

    Preferred Experience:

    Experience with Quantum ERP system
    Additional exposure to external audit processes, ideally with a Big 4 firm
    CPA certification (preferred)
