    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) | Required upon hire

    SUMMARY

    The Accounting Manager role, reporting to the Operational Sr. Accounting Manager, involves providing accounting support and analysis for acquired companies and multiple segments. Interaction with various Company groups is essential to establish, monitor, and clarify accounting policies in line with GAAP and Company's regulations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manage daily accounting operations, addressing accounting and business challenges promptly.
    • Create and present variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements monthly or quarterly.
    • Develop financial reporting packages for operational and environmental segments.
    • Oversee financial accounting and reporting for acquired firms.
    • Coordinate month-end accounting procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Aid in financial planning preparation.
    • Provide guidance and training to the accounting team, ensuring effective maintenance of accounting processes and controls.
    • Collaborate with auditors and facilitate audit requirements.
    • Support senior management with process enhancement ideas and implementation.
    • Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Undertake other assigned duties.

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's degree in accounting/finance preferred.

    EXPERIENCE

    5+ years' experience in public accounting or 4+ years with a master's degree.

    SKILLS

    • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, communication (written and oral), organizational, and research skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple processes effectively.
    • Skilled in interaction with senior management.
    • Capable of building and supporting teams.

    LICENSES

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) | Required upon hire

    TRAVEL

    10-20% travel required.

    Salary Information:

    Salary range: $105K-115K annually (bonus eligible)
