Description

The Commercial Accounts Manager position is responsible for the development, management, and execution of our commercial pool operations.

This role will focus on the day-to-day management of our commercial maintenance, repairs, and remodeling, as well as new sales, and ancillary sales.

The person in this position will interact with and supervise Maintenance Service Professionals, Repair Technicians, and other field and administrative personnel involved in the commercial operation.

Prior experience in either pool repairs and/or pool cleaning is required. Commercial Aquatics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Create quotes for recurring service, as well as repairs, products, and remodels
Interact with customers via correspondence and in the field to ensure we're delivering service expectations
Generate and maintain route schedules for our maintenance Service Pros
Coordinate with the Repair and Remodel division to ensure timely and successful completion of commercial jobs
Train, equipment, and generally support the Service Pros and other team members working in the commercial division.
Establish and maintain standards of expectations in regard to pool maintenance.

Swimming pool experience required. Commercial experience is strongly preferred.

Salary:
$75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year, additional earnings potential with performance bonus.
