Customer Service Representative

Lindon, UT

6 month contract-to-hire: $17/hour

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who has great interpersonal skills and knows how to interact with a variety of customer types and issues. This person is coachable and easily puts corrective and instructive training into action. Must be familiar with general computer skills such as good type skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, etc. Said individual will also have a track record of good attendance and reliability.

Required skills:

1+ year experience in a customer service role
Good documentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

Bonus/soft skills:

Previous experience with ticketing systems
