Our Customer Service Representatives support our entire product line; answering questions on a wide range of topics and creatively resolve problems. Our callers include product owners, service companies, designers, builder, installers, and product distributors. **Responsibilities include:**
As the voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., provide professional, personable, timely & accurate responses to customer and field partner phone calls.
Verify and update account information with customers and document summary of interactions in CRM database.
Efficiently answer questions, educate callers to maximize enjoyment of our products, and negotiate to bring about mutually beneficial solutions.
Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and updated processes.

Successful completion of your student employment, offers the potential for full-time or part-time employment after graduation.
A variety of career paths for full-time Customer Care Team members, include Product Support Reps, Customer Advocates and Leadership.
**Requirements and Schedules:**
Currently studying at a college or university.
Full Time Training for 2-3 weeks
Work full-time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., during the Summer months (May September)
Work part-time during the academic year.
