Position Summary:

As the IT Services Supervisor, you will lead technology teams and ensure seamless operations of our IT services. You will help manage the IT budget, take part in strategic planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Providing exceptional services and solutions to our customers will be your top priority. In this position you will get to serve on our leadership team and help drive our agency's modernization efforts.

Salary Information:This position is in classification IS Supervisor 2 (pay schedule/range 70-02), with
an annual salary of $104,000 - $126,568, plus excellent benefits. Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.


Job Details:

ETF offers hybrid remote/office work
. If interested in remote work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require.

ETF does not sponsor work visas.

Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

A 12-month probationary is required.

The results from this recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies if they become available.


Qualifications:


  • Leading IT teams in a service desk or other IT setting (examples of leadership include assigning work, training staff, providing feedback, serving as a lead worker, etc.)
  • Developing
    AND **implementing IT processes
  • Leading crossfunctional teams comprised of various stakeholder groups and/or outside vendors
  • Using IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL
  • Handling IT asset procurement and/or lifecycle monitoring
  • Serving in a formal supervisory role (e.g., hiring, evaluating work and performance, handling discipline, etc.)
  • Managing IT service desk tools (e.g., ticketing systems, remote desktop support tools, knowledge management systems, etc.)
