Your tasks as a working student in customer service (m/f/d) in the healthcare industry at Check24 in Hamburg:

  • You will handle customer inquiries regarding statutory health insurance via chat, email or phone
  • You will process and handle inquiries about changing health insurance
  • You are responsible for quality assurance of application documents and documentation
  • You will enter and maintain customer and tariff data
  • You contribute to a positive image for customers and thus contribute to the company's success
