Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Varied role with customer contact, Bowling Green, MO

The Position

Receiving warranty claims and complaints
Clarifying warranty and guarantee claims
Creating customer service orders, including material recording, etc.
Creating quotes in the system
Initiating ordering processes

Your Profile

Technical education with a good understanding of business or commercial education with experience in a technical product environment
Professional experience in a similar role
Ideally, experience in the window and/or exterior door industry
Good understanding of customer service and ordering processes
Good IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, etc.
