Primary Accountabilities

  • Handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.
  • You will have responsibilities with multiple lines of business across the enterprise.
  • You will solve customers problems.
  • Identify and gather necessary information to process claims and achieve our goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and partners.
  • You will be on a team of about 68 individuals.
Specialized Knowledge Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customeroriented solutions or support.
  • Demonstrated experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% (4+ days per week) working from home.

On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and culture events.

Compensation:
$23.00 / hour

A license is not needed for this position.
