    About Us:

    Our facility is a 25-bed critical access acute care hospital, committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.

    We pride ourselves on being a close-knit team that values collaboration, compassion, and excellence in patient care.


    What We're Looking For:

    • Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
    • RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.

    Hours and Compensation Potential:

    • Night shift position, working 7pm 7am three times a week.
    • Compensation ranges from $27 to $42 per hour, depending on experience.
    • Excellent benefits package offered, including a $10,000 sign on bonus.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Administering plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
    • Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.
    • Monitoring and communicating patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
    • Assisting patients with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well being.
    • Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
    • Serving as an advocate for the physical and emotional well being of the patient.

    Additional Info:
    Our Med/Surg unit utilizes around 15 of the 25 beds in our facility.
    Each shift is staffed with two nurses and a tech, with additional support from the manager as needed.

    We have a high swing bed population and regularly admit patients for orthopedic surgery, continued rehabilitation, and direct admissions from the ER.
