    Sales Support Analyst Role This entry-level position in the Haleon commercial sales department offers diverse exposure to Sales, Insights, and Analytics under the guidance of the sales manager. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in various workstreams, collaborating closely with customers and the team to drive sales growth and meet targets.

    In this role, you'll have the chance to take charge of key initiatives to advance your career, including:

    • Managing essential sales processes such as team reporting, sales forecasting, and data analysis
    • Conducting regular market analysis to identify opportunities and risks
    • Assisting in customer meetings and presentations preparation
    • Utilizing technical expertise in reporting and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Previous work experience demonstrating growth and learning
    • Willingness to travel up to 35% for business purposes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and ability to adapt to new technologies

    Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the basic requirements, the following attributes are desirable:

    • MBA qualification
    • Understanding of business processes and retail industry principles
    • Experience with Nielsen or IRI, retail systems, or basic programming
    • Strong team collaboration, conflict management, and adaptability skills
    • Broad interest and ability to synthesize information effectively
    • Demonstration of a growth mindset and goal-oriented approach
