    Description
    An Aviation Software Company based in San Diego is seeking an Accounting Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for supporting the proprietary Accounting & Finance software system.

    They will provide software support as it relates to best practices of accounting; identifying system improvements; upgrading, installing, and configuring systems to support end users with the use of the software.

    They should have a background in the accounting/finance industry and have tier 1 level technical support understanding.

    . Required Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in the accounting/ financing industry
    • Previous experience and knowledge of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Great Plains)
    • General understanding of financial reporting
    • Knowledge of client server software systems (SQL, Interbase / Firebird and Oracle database)
    • Tier 1 level technical support knowledge (Microsoft Windows, Nice to Have Skills & Experience
    • Bilingual (Spanish)
