We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role or a sales support function

• Import experience preferred (would we want this on his as well since it's good if a salesperson is familiar with selling product not already in states, tariffs etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and has the ability to take on challenges and be responsive to change

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Experience with GreenRope or similar Customer Relationship Management Software

• Ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams and external partners
