Anthony Conrad

I currently attend Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. I just finished my undergraduate program majoring in Civic Communications and Media. I have been accepted to the Atkinson Graduate School of Management and will receive my MBA in May of 2025. During my time at Willamette, I have been a full-time student-athlete for the football and rugby programs. I have been able to show leadership through the position of team captain on the football team. I have always been passionate about athletics and team environments. I have been fortunate enough to exercise my love for sports through coaching and managing two youth football teams in my hometown as well as mentoring young student-athletes on my college football team. Outside of my professional life, I golf three to four times a week and am infatuated with the game and the products. As an athlete, I admire the hard work and dedication that playing golf at a high level entails. Working for a premier company, such as Callaway, that provides equipment and inspires individuals to pursue the sport is a goal and career dream of mine.

Relevant work experience:

• During my undergraduate program, I had the opportunity to work with OCCA (Oregon Community College Association) and their PR department to develop and present an analysis on which target audiences should receive more focus moving forward.

• I worked for Cutco Cutlery in their sales department focusing on cold calling and customer acquisition.
 

• I have managed and head-coached two youth football teams in the Friday Night Lights Murrieta football league.

• I worked as a host, busser, and dishwasher at The Mill Restaurant in Murrieta, California performing acts of customer service daily.

Further work experience:

• I am a licensed professional security guard working out of Advanced Security Inc.
 

• I worked as a service clerk for Vons grocery store in Temecula, California with a heavy focus on customer service.

• I worked for A Good Plumbing Inc. performing manual labor on commercial job sites throughout Southern California.

• I received my high school diploma in the year 2020 among the top of my class. Throughout my time in high school, I participated in athletics such as track, football, and rugby. I also was a member of the Leadership Committee (ASB), the positions that I held during that time included head of video creation and treasurer.

• I just finished my undergraduate program at Willamette University majoring in Civic Communications and Media with a 3.1 GPA.

• I have been accepted into the Atkinson Graduate School of Management and will receive my MBA in May 2025.

• Throughout my time at Willamette, my education has given me knowledge of specialized skills including Marketing, Public Relations, Management, and Organization Development.
