Event Sales & Marketing Manager - Job Description and Position Announcement


General Duties
Ø Participate in Weekly Sales Meeting with General Manager

Ø Fulfill all reporting and deadlines in a timely manner

Ø Utilize sales contact management system

Ø Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM

Ø Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills; ability to work with little or no direction supervision

Ø Excellent Customer Service and focus on customer satisfaction

Ø Other duties may be assigned by management


Marketing Duties
Ø Follow the annual marketing and sales plan developed with the VP of Sales and Marketing, as well as the General Manager of the property

Ø Generate and promote all collateral and promotions

Ø Organize booth for wedding and other outside vendor shows, and host the booth

Ø Develop and nurture Lead Generation Program

Ø Update the competitive market assessment


Community Relations Duties
Ø Activate Brand in community - create awareness of catering facility


Compensation
Ø Salary plus commission structure - based on experience.


Job Types:

Salary:

$60, $70,000.00 per year
