    urgently needs an in-house Corporate Communications Manager to lead the organization's communications program and develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

    The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for executing all facets of company communications, including, but not limited to, our corporate identity and branding, website updating and content development, employee communications, industry award and ranking submissions, and developing the company magazine, work closely with Employee Engagement Committee to create necessary content and social media.

    This position reports to the Vice President of BD, Marketing and Corporate Communications, and will manage a Corporate Communications Coordinator.

    Essential Job Functions

    Oversight of company brand and messaging, ensuring a unified, consistent, positive representation of the company's goals, core values, and vision.


    • Messaging and Design:o
    Must have a strong eye for design and layout to ensure graphics development to support and deliver messaging.
    o

    Collaborate and coordinate with teams to write and develop all messaging for internal and external campaigns.
    o


    Manage the development of all branded material requests supporting internal departments and committees, including proposal template standards, company posters, safety information, etc.

    o

    Support the Corporate Communications Assistant on all advertising requests.
    o

    Understanding of basic photography and video editing.
    o

    Oversight of custom promotional item requests and administration of the company store.

    • Management and Tracking:o
    Plan and manage the Corporate Communications calendar for internal and external communications campaigns.
    o

    Track and oversee all assignments related to brand and communications.
    o

    Manage large campaigns from ideation through distribution.
    o

    Track industry awards, rankings, social analytics, and web analytics.
    o

    Track and oversee photography for both projects and communication needs.
    o

    Manage the work of the Corporate Communications Coordinator.

    Computer Skills

    Knowledge/proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

    Advanced knowledge/proficiency in MS Office Suite-PC based.
    ·

    Experience using collaborative platforms like Microsoft Teams.
    ·

    Knowledge of posting on social media including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and our website.
    ·

    Ability to input information, pull reports, etc., from the company CRM database.
    Education and Experience
    ·

    Advanced education in communications, marketing, journalism, or other related fields.
    ·

    5+ years experience in a similar role.
    ·

    Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
    Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 depending upon experience
