Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enrich the lives of low-and moderate-income families, seniors and disabled persons through the provision of affordable housing.
We are currently searching for Part-time Resident Community Manager to work at Delta Manor in San Diego.The Resident Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining applicant wait lists, work order logs and resident files, HUD vouchers and submittal of TRACS as well as reception duties, data entry and supervising the Maintenance Staff.
High School diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years office experience required.Affordable property management, HUD, Section 42, TCAC, Project based section 8 with TRACS secure systems submittal, Housing Commission, Compliance and Yardi software experience preferred.
