    We are looking for a reliable, experienced Outside Sales Manager who is responsible for the statewide promotion and partnering with Meeting Planners, Local Corporations, Community Groups, Area Hotels, Destination Companies, Convention & Visitor Bureaus/Associations, and other relevant groups through outside sales strategies to generate new and increased FIT and Charter sales for Polynesian Adventure Tours and Polynesian Adventure Activities

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION:

    Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Two (2) to four (4) years related experience. Minimum three years in the travel industry with management experience in sales.

    KNOWLEDGE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

    Must possess strong sales and marketing skills, and understanding of financial principles.

    Demonstrated sales negotiation skill.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent time management & organizational skills, and able to consistently meet deadlines.

    Working level ability in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Ability to regularly travel in-area to generate sales more than 50% of the workweek

    Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

    Ability to conduct site inspections.

    Public speaking experience.

    Must have reliable transportation.
