Responsibilities
- Your mission: As the face of our company, you will attract regional builders and investors for fascinating revitalization projects in the Berlin-Brandenburg region
- Immerse yourself in the world of existing buildings and inspire both regular customers and new additions with innovative concepts - from the first introduction to contract conclusion
- Be not only a sales professional, but also a creative mind: Develop technical concepts and create customized offers that inspire our customers
- Lead your team with passion and guide them to success by bringing together the best minds from internal and external areas and motivating them to achieve top performance
- Show customers the clear added value of our solutions through convincing profitability calculations and negotiate deals they can't refuse
- Impress with first-class service and convince our customers even after the project is completed, fostering long-term partnerships
- As the flagship of our company, you not only build relationships, but also actively shape the regional market presence
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management or sales in the field of revitalization / renovation / conversion of existing buildings
- You enjoy sales
