    Are you passionate about Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicles and have a knack for leading sales teams to success? JDM Hawaii is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

    As a leading importer and distributor of JDM vehicles, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cars and exceptional customer service to enthusiasts across Hawaii.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and partners.
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
    • Manage online photo posting and maintenance to showcase JDM vehicles effectively to target audiences.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards achieving set goals.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients and close sales deals.
    • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, market data, and trends to inform strategic decisionmaking.
    • Knowledge of JDM vehicles and the automotive market is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
