    Description

    **Prime Choice Funding, Inc** ., a national wholesale mortgage company headquartered in Southern California, has a full-time opportunity for a **Mortgage Retail** **Sales Manager** Founded in 2007, Prime Choice Funding, Inc., Inc. is a privately owned, full-service national lender, offering Wholesale, Retail, and Reverse residential mortgages. Headquartered in Orange County, California, Prime Choice maintains a network of Operations Centers and employs mortgage associates nationwide. Prime Choice is dedicated to building quality, long-term relationships with its mortgage broker clients by offering comprehensive programs and exceptional customer experience.

    **Responsibilities**

    Manage team of 10-15 sales representatives

    Provide leadership and direction to high-performance sales team

    Actively participate in fast paced hiring effort

    Coach and up level sales representatives

    Develop creative and innovative ways to improve team performance

    Manage and monitor performance metrics

    Mentor future sales leaders

    Create partnerships with recruiting and management

    Build a highly functioning team of retail sales Loan Officers.

    Coach, mentor, develop and lead team to meet monthly sales production goals

    Communicate business goals, objectives and company performance results to staff

    Create strategies and initiatives to further sales volume growth.

    Promote an effective sales environment through one -on-one training to team members as well as participation in and/or facilitation of daily training sessions for CA Retail Sales teams.

    Manage and monitor performance metrics and analysis of Loan Officer productivity.

    Efficiently manage customer complaints and seek suitable resolution.

    **Qualifications**

    3+ years of experience in inside sales

    High empathy and customer centric

    A proven leader and mentor

    Strong bias-to-action, as well as a strong sense of practicality and effectiveness

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments Bonus points for
