    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Professional Image Inc., a Honolulu-based owned and operated company, is looking to hire a sales and production manager.

    The ideal candidate is personable and reliable, someone who enjoys working with people and can multi-task in order to fulfill daily responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Provide creative solutions to clients for unique projects
    Establish/retain customers thru contact via phone, email, website, Yelp & social media
    Provide quotes/estimates and follow up on requests for customers and with six store locations
    Accurately process jobs into production and assure that jobs are completed on-time
    Work with multiple vendors on and off-island
    EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE

    Associates degree from a two-year college or 4 year university AND two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of sources.
    MATHEMATICAL & REASONING SKILLS
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.

    OTHER SKILLS
    Previous management and strong digital background requested. Printing, scanning, and copying experience highly desirable. Good communication skills and customer relations.

    BENEFITS
    Medical, dental & vision, sick leave, 401K. Salary commensurate with experience. Position is full-time (Monday through Friday).

    However, due to the nature of our business, without advanced notice, the manager must be able to occasionally work some hours outside of regular business hours.
