    Job Description

    The role of the Administrative Assistant is to manage and support the day-to-day responsibilities of the Partners. The role will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, manage schedules, facilitate communication, and serve as a liaison between the clients, team members, and outside vendors of the firm.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Firm Ambassador

    Maintain the calendar of the partners.

    Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the partners.

    Coordinate with other parties to ensure availability and logistics are in place.

    Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues. Assist team members with their projects and answer incoming calls.

    Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

    Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.

    Handle last-minute changes or emergencies during travel.

    Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.

    Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

    Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and catering.

    Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.

    Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects or events.

    Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

    Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.

    Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
