    Description

    Seeking a Client Services Associate to join a growing financial services team in Fort Lauderdale This person will be responsible for reviewing and processing new accounts, account maintenance, and communicating with clients over the phone & email. Looking for a candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to make decisions independently.

    Your role:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or other communication channels. Resolve client issues effectively and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper implementation of our products or services. Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, including conducting regular check-ins and providing product updates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and operations to address client needs, communicate feedback, and coordinate solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activity logs, and documentation of client interactions. Generate reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and account growth as required.
    • Actively contribute to process improvements and share client feedback to enhance overall client experience.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Financial Services industry experience required
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as client services, account management, or customer support.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
