Waveland Family Office, LLC ("WFO") is a multifamily office located in Deerfield, Illinois.

WFO is a Registered Investment Advisor that represents various high net worth families and provides traditional family office services such as investment management and wealth planning, tax preparation, trust and estate strategy and implementation, cash management, and other services.

The primary mission of WFO is to serve our clients in the highest manner possible. WFO is looking to add a Client Services Associate as we continue to expand our team.


Opportunity
The position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong intellect, financial acumen, professional integrity, and excellent communication skills


Responsibilities include:

• Daily interaction with clients.
• Preparation of various reports.
• Maintenance and organization of documents and records.
• Creation, coordination and tracking of brokerage accounts.
• Preparation of deposits and bill paying.
• Tax Return efile and correspondence.
• Processing of annual filings.
• Bookkeeping.
• Working with custodians of assets.
• Coordinating information with other professionals.

Location
Deerfield, Illinois (office hours flexible).


Qualifications

The individual should have the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working with a bank or other type of financial institution.
• Exhibits the presence, poise and professionalism to represent WFO effectively in all interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of Quicken and/or QuickBooks.

Compensation
An industry competitive package will be offered, including a comprehensive benefits plan and 401(k) matching.


Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
