1st year, join us as our Client Services Representative and grow into a licensed office assistant specializing in Auto /Home Insurance.

2nd year, become licensed in Life/Health Insurance to fully serve our clients and growing business.


Duties:

• Front Client Services Rep
• Assist clients with claims, billing, documents
• Create and maintain computer client files
• Research and data entry for new home and auto quotes
• Assist career agent and long time office assistant with ongoing projects
• Scanning, filing, and misc. office duties
• Phone and text follow up with clients

Experience:

• 25 years experience in customer service/office
• Proficient in office, computers and communication
• Confidential, detail oriented, able to follow instructions

Benefits/Pay:

34 hour work week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00-5:00, Closed Thursdays

1st year: $22.47 per hour ($40,000 per year)

2nd year: $28.00 per hour ($50,000 per year)
