- and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
- with vendors and customers to obtain documents required to satisfy transaction requirements
- trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
- with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight
- delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
- accuracy and completeness of import documentation
- distribute A/P invoices and ensure timely A/R collection
- as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
- order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
- rates & find additional competitive (service and rates) vendors
- BA or Associated degree preferred
- Ocean/Air Logistics with a minimum 2 year global trade industry experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team setting
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Bilingual in Korean/ English is a plus
