Job Description

Are you an organizational talent with excellent analytical skills and a willingness to take on responsibility? Then you've come to the right place As a Senior Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing our operational areas and ensuring the achievement of our location goals together with our sales team.

Your Playing Field:


  • You will lead projects related to our shops and support the senior sales team in their implementation.
  • You will support the project team during our internal IT conversion.
  • As the person responsible for contract management, you will manage and optimize all contract relationships.
  • You will be responsible for procuring and managing our fleet of vehicles.
  • You will act as a confident interface to our CRM department, initiating marketing campaigns and supporting their implementation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Lastly, you will create analyses and reports for management and be responsible for monitoring cash register reconciliations from our shop operations.
