We are looking for:


We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Product Liability Ops team's growing need for inventory management and logistics of products and managing refund/exchange process as well as parts retrieval process.

You must have an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a system with numerous moving parts.

This often-high-pressure position will you to perform at the apex of their abilities.

Our goals are to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.


The impact you will have:


  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments, prepare/review shipping documents, tracking, and fixing shipping errors, ensuring quality of all services to meet the required standards.
  • Analyze endtoend processes that customers experience and participate in providing suitable resolutions accordingly and in controlled & monitored turnaround time for each action of logistics process.
  • Identify/resolve bottleneck of customer care status and resolve with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Retrieval part/unit to be sent to required destination, local/HQ, in timely manner.
  • Learn overall operations across different lines of business and leverage those understandings to ensure the direction of projects and activities to support stakeholder needs.
  • Perform and monitor Ops agents in analyses to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations through a rigorous, datadriven process; work proactively to uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
  • Support other team members in customer care and service order submission/logistics data analysis/data entry/track & maintain trackers, reports, etc.
  • Prepare case summary to revisit and conclude with improvement plans.
  • Support adhoc project management and update SOP of all tasks.

What we are looking for:


  • Associate or bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience with business process design/improvement, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and developing specifications (business framework and wireframe design, technical and QA documentation).
  • Logistics experience (preferred).

Korean bilingual - fluency in English/Korean

  • Written/Verbal Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook and advanced knowledge of Excel.
