- Item and Asset Set Up
- Acts as the Administrator for Bandai America with retailers, managing retailer interface websites and systems.
- Ensures timely setup and delivery of items and assets to retailers, meeting all deadlines.
- Utilizes internal tools to set up items and assets in retailer systems.
- Collaborates with 3rd party setup companies to ensure accurate information.
- Coordinates with Brand teams and Order Management for timely sample delivery.
- Development of Retailer Selling Tools
- Works with Sales Director/NAM to create effective retailer selling tools and decks.
- Ensures accuracy of product information and assets in collaboration with Brand Strategy.
- Assists in designing selling tools using MS applications.
- Process Delivery, Ownership, and Training
- Ensures accurate and efficient processing of item and asset delivery.
- Works with Brand Strategy to implement processes and propose enhancements.
- Collaborates with Order Management to verify item accuracy for weekly shipments.
- Conducts training for Sales Team members on tools and applications.
- Maintains process documents related to item setup on a shared drive.

Available Position: Sales Coordinator
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Mass commercial sales team to ensure seamless item setup and asset delivery to retailers. Your key objective is to meet retailer deadlines and ensure accurate information exchange both internally and externally.
