Paradise Dynasty is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

The Restaurant General Manager will focus on maintaining our team, growing our customer base by exceeding service standards consistently and responsibly managing cost controls. Also, be responsible for leading our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and will incorporate our core values and mission into their daily management structure and execution.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice.
Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand and develop business strategies and new business opportunities.
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
Purchasing all food and supplies and overseeing use of food and beverages within required dates and with a minimum of waste.
Supervising staff in terms of food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and repairs to restaurants and grounds.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry.
Sets the expectation for FOH/BOH staff in maximizing productivity, maintaining cleanliness, organization and food quality while providing accurate speedy service.
Assisting in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.
Supervising directly non-supervisory employees; carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Acts as the liaison between corporate members and all restaurant employees.
Maintaining records of sales and cash receipts including related areas of accounting, budgeting, credit policies, and banking methods.
Providing regular, accurate, computerized reports of operations to owner management.

Requirements

4 years work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
Mandrian (preferred).
Experience in Asian Fusion (mainly Chinese) Cuisine Concept experience.
Familiarities with restaurant management/POS software, like OpenTable and Toast.
Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email.
Reporting skills.
Leadership skills.
Customer service attitude.
ServSafe, Food Handler Certification
Communication and team management abilities.
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
