Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time employee to join our team working from 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays required in our location in Laguna Hills, CA.

This unique role is a mix of Office Support and Dispatching.

You will be daily checking drivers in on our Time Management System, handling Account Management, Scheduling, and Managing a desk of roughly 500 employees within the team.

Empro is a staffing and logistics company specializing in the automotive industry. We provide recruitment and logistics services for our clients across California and Washington.


Responsibilities:


Employee Management:
Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.

Represent the Company:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.


Qualifications:


  • Prior office experience and a background in Dispatching/Employee management or the ability to be trained.
  • Traits: Reliable, consistent, personable, organized, and professional.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment and thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education:


  • A High School diploma is required
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus

Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
